Denver Regional Transportation District (RTD), FasTracks, Eagle P3 Project
The FasTracks Eagle P3 Project is a multi-billion dollar rail transit project implemented under an innovative public-private partnership strategy. In August 2010 the RTD completed a nearly one year competitive procurement process by awarding a forty plus year contract to a private consortium to design, build, finance, operate and maintain (DBFOM) component projects of the RTD’s FasTracks Program.
The Component Projects Include:
- 22-mile East Corridor Electrified Commuter Rail Line connecting Denver International Airport with the Downtown Denver Union Station
- 11-mile Electrified Commuter Rail Gold Line connecting the City of Arvada with Denver Union Station
- A short segment of the Northwest Rail Commuter Rail Line
- Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility.
LS Gallegos as a sub consultant to the private consortium is providing project controls support including document control and project scheduling.
