City and County of Denver International Airport (DIA), South Terminal Redevelopment Program, Program Management Consultant Services Contract

The DIA South Terminal Redevelopment Program includes:

  • Design and construction for a 500 room hotel and conference center
  • RTD’s East Corridor Commuter Rail Transit Station at DIA
  • Improvements to the existing concourse baggage and train systems
  • Open-air plaza, complete with new concessions and leasable space connecting with the existing Jeppesen Terminal

The program also includes design of a signature rail transit bridge over Peña Boulevard.

LS Gallegos as a member of the Program Management Consultant team, is providing project controls support including:

  • Document control
  • Cost estimating
  • Project administration

Our on-site document management team is responsible for establishing project wide document control procedures including those for:

  • Electronic and hard-copy documents
  • Testing–room document control software
  • Conducting on-going user training
  • Integrating document filing structure with the project control work breakdown structure (WBS)
  • On-going document management and control during design, construction, procurement, testing and operations start-up

Our on-site cost estimating team is assisting the Program Management Consultant team prepare project formulation design-to-budget cost estimates, prepare design development cost estimates, and assist with construction contractor change order administration. Our on-site project administration team supports the lead technical and administrative members of the Program Management Consultant team.
