Municipal Governments typically operate with consistent levels of personnel responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks associated with achieving their respective missions.  When these entities embark on out-of-the-ordinary or unique capital improvement and information technology programs the needs of these programs often exceed the staffing capabilities and expertise of these organizations.

LSG provides both the management and technical professionals to serve in advisory and staff augmentation roles to assist with the planning and implementation phases of these special needs programs.  Our professionals come from a background of having served in responsible roles within municipal organizations and/or with years of experience advising government entities.  They understand the unique challenges, constraints and nuances these organizations face to achieve successful program delivery from initial planning to final completion.
