
Lawrence S. Gallegos
President & CEO
The career of Mr. Gallegos, founder and owner
of LSG, encompasses experience in the construction and transportation
industries, providing project management consulting and on-site
support to numerous government and private entities. His areas
of expertise include federal and state contracting regulations,
organization planning, procedures development, financial management,
cost and schedule control, contract and procurement administration,
claims management, quality assurance, design management and construction
management during the planning and implementation phases of large
capital infrastructure projects.
Katie A. Rodriguez
Vice President, Finance and Human Resources
Ms. Rodriguez directs the firm's efforts in
finance, accounting, human resources, benefits administration,
project administration, and contract administration. She also
directs the internal corporate Project Management Office. She
has over nineteen years experience in finance and accounting,
financial analysis, overhead rates analysis, project costs, and
facilitation of various reviews and audits. Her responsibilities
include interfacing with clients to monitor and ensure quality
performance of LSG project team members.
Matthew M. McDole, P.E.
Vice President, Transportation Services
Mr. McDole is a nationally recognized Transportation
Engineer and Program Manager with extensive experience on major
public transit, railroad and design/build toll highway projects.
Most of his career has been dedicated to the transportation industry.
During his career he has held the top Engineering Management
position at the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid District, the Denver
Regional Transportation District, and the E-470 Public Highway
Authority. He has also served in leadership roles in several
transportation professional associations including the 2008-2009
President of the Transportation and Development Institute (T&DI)
of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
