
Department
of Energy (DOE), Golden Field Office (GO)
LSG, as prime contractor,
provided administrative, technical, and analytical support services
for Level of Effort Tasks and Specific Technical Tasks to DOE
GO during the period of December 1994 through March 2000. During
this time, LSG successfully supported DOE in executing its mission
and expanding role for managing and overseeing various national
and regional renewable energy and energy efficiency programs.
On this contract, LSG supplied analytical,
technical and administrative support personnel in the following
areas:

Office of Manager:
Public Affairs Support and Paralegal Support

Office
of Management and Administration: Computer Operations Support;
Records Management Support; Front Desk Receptionist; Mail, Facsimile,
and Filing Support; Personnel Support; and Financial Support

Office
of Project Management: Solicitation Support, Selection Support,
Project Monitoring and Evaluation Support

Office
of Acquisition and Financial Assistance: Procurement Support
In addition to the above positions
LSG provided a full-time, on-site Project Manager.
Owing to recognized excellent performance,
the LSG role in providing professional financial support personnel
on this contract was expanded from the original statement of work
to include (1) preparing the yearly GO Budget formulation and
submission in accordance with guidance received from DOE Headquarters;
and (2) tracking budget execution by Budget & Reporting Classification
Number (B&R), object class, guidance letter, and awarding
document.
