LSG Engineering Services for Aerospace and Technology Programs
System Design, Engineering and Integration: During the system design, engineering and integration phases of technology programs LSG provides specialized engineering support services to major prime contractors responsible for preparing preliminary and detailed engineering plans and specifications for aerospace and defense related systems, subsystems, programs, and projects.
LSG advises its clients on the utilization of up-to-date, and best of breed, commercially ready and off-the-shelf (COTS) CAD and internet based document control systems software to ensure that design activities and work products are properly coordinated and all project participants are informed of design documents updates. LSG services include advising on the selection of hardware and software, systems set-up, creating procedures manuals, conducting user training and providing on-going technical support for:

- detailed specification preparation and coordination
- configuration management and document control
Acquisition and Life Cycle Management: LSG provides life cycle cost and schedule control and performance measurement expertise to support planning, budgetary, contract and program management functions during procurement and production of technology based systems, subsystems, and projects. - establishing cost, schedule and performance measurement standards and procedures
- gathering and analyzing cost, schedule and performance measurement data
- preparing monthly or as-required project cost schedule and performance measurement reports
